Police urge people not to take 'trick or treating' too far

Police are urging retailers not to sell eggs or flour to youngsters ahead of Hop-tu-Naa.

Officers are trying to rule out any anti-social behaviour ahead of Monday’s celebrations.

Inspector Paul Kemp is responsible for the Northern, Western and Southern Neighbourhood Policing Teams.

He says they are expecting some reports of people taking ‘trick or treating’ too far:
