Members of public not in danger in 'isolated incident'
Police officers used a Taser on Douglas promenade yesterday.
It happened around 6.45pm as they were searching the area for several suspects following an unspecified incident.
The Taser was deployed as one of them was arrested, in order to subdue him.
It's been referred to as an 'isolated' incident, with no danger to members of the public.
