Text messages request money
Police are warning residents of a new dental scam doing the rounds.
Text messages, which look like they're from a dental practice, are requesting £140 to confirm an appointment and keep people on the NHS register.
A link is also attached for paymtent to be made to a Paypal account - people are advised not to click this link and instead call their dentists to check if the message is genuine.
