Banner waving campaigners concerned at the ending of the Reciprocal Health Agreement are looking for people to join in a demonstration at lunchtime today (Tuesday).
Organisers are hoping to be joined by medal-wearing veterans and members of the Manx Blind Welfare society concerned at the implications for them.
The demonstrators support Michael MHK David Cannan's proposal to fund the agreement for an extra six months in order to give Tynwald more time to implement an alternative, such as Peter Karran's proposed travel levy.
Edith Quaggan is one of the organisers and say they don't believe Health Minister Eddie Teare's assurances that his proposed legislation will provide cover for everyone.
Demonstrators will be outside the Legislative Buildings in from 1.45pm.
