Gawne highlights pros and cons of engaging with public online
A former MHK believes politicians are still learning how to engage with the public on social media.
Phil Gawne was a member of the House of Keys until 2016, and is now the clerk to two local authorities in the south of the Island.
He discussed the pros and cons of sites like Facebook and Twitter on today's Mannin Line, and says some still don't see their value:
