Manx parliament reconvenes in October
Tynwald members have been submitting questions to ministers for answer, despite the Court enjoying its summer break.
Although the Manx Parliament doesn't reconvene until October, members still have the opportunity to make enquiries - and many have.
Questions are included in the paper on topics such as home-schooling, government trips, and planning applications.
Whether it's emails sent from the poolside or dutiful hand-delivered submissions, Tynwald members have still been asking questions for written answer during the summer holidays.
Onchan Member Julie Edge wants to know the cost of business trips taken by Chief Executive, and a breakdown of management structures in each Department over the last five years.
Other enquiries come from Speaker of the Key's, Juan Watterson, on support for the unemployed, and on issues to do with home education.
Making up the seventeen question paper, there's other requests for answers on subjects like the impact of large seabirds and planning appeals.
