It confirmed Jason Roberts will support the local authority during 'transitional' period
Port Erin Commissioners says following the resignation of the clerk, arrangements are being made to ensure there is a 'continuity' of its operations.
The local authority confirmed it has received and accepted the resignation from Jason Roberts who will be taking over at Braddan Commissioners in the new year.
The commissioners have thanked Mr Roberts for his 13 years of service, and for his 'commitment' to assist during the transitional period.
It adds a further update will be issued once the recruitment process for a new clerk is underway.
