Works start on Monday
Work is starting on building apartments at the site of the former Royal Hotel on Port Erin's upper promenade.
The hotel was demolished two years ago by owners the Dandara Group and planning permission for 34 residential apartments has been granted.
The building work will involve restricting public footpath use on the edges of the upper prom site.
The work gets underway on Monday (19 August) and will run through to at least February next year.
