Collision on New Castletown Road
Power lines have had to be repaired overnight following a crash in Santon.
Police closed the New Castletown Road between Blackboards and the B26 before the Santon Motel.
The electrical cables were damaged during the collision.
Motorists were asked to find another route until the work was completed.
The road has now re-opened although people are being urged to take care in the area due to 'residual detergent' on the road from the 'clean-up process'.
