The Police Advisory Group's Chairman hopes for continued strengthening of ties between the force and local communities.
George Waft, MLC, says it would be helped by a return of 'bobbies' on the beat, something which, he believes, both the new Chief Constable, Mike Langdon, and the public are keen to see.
