Celtic Congress meeting this afternoon
A meeting of the Manx Branch of the Celtic Congress takes place in Peel this afternoon.
Steve Wright will be giving a presentation about 'Manx Constitutional Reform' at 2.30pm.
Mr Wright completed a history degree after studying the movement towards a democratically-elected House of Keys and the modern membership of the Legislative Council.
He's also well-known in natural history circles and operates Isle of Man Guided Tours.
The talk, in the Guild Room, adjoining Peel Methodist Church in Atholl Street, Peel, is open to all.
There's a small entry charge but refreshments will be provided.
