Private landlords are to meet again next week to set up a body on the Island that represents their interests in the face of new laws.
Government is proposing to bring in a new bill which would mean those renting out property would have to register as landlords – but there's claims there’s been insufficient consultation with the sector.
Next Monday, March 18, landlords will meet at Haneffes Bar & Grill in Douglas at 7.30pm to set up a new landlords’ association.
