Report author speaks ahead of review
Concerns some healthcare services could be privatised have been downplayed by the chair of the Public Accounts Committee.
Juan Watterson was one of the authors of a report into repeated overspending at Noble's Hospital, which Tynwald approved earlier this week.
The court also gave the go-ahead to a 'fundamental review' into how the health department is funded by Treasury, to be carried out over the next twelve months.
