
A former Clerk of Tynwald is in the South Pacific to offer some guidance about training government lawyers.
Professor St John Bates is in Samoa to establish a course on legislative drafting which will be offered next year.
It will be supported by the Commonwealth Secretariat which works to encourage co-operation between member states.
