Chief Minister will present it to Tynwald later this month
The time for talking is over - according to the Policy and Reform Minister after the framework to inform a 'Programme for Government' was issued yesterday (Thurs).
Proposed as a fluid foundation for development - the first draft outlines guiding principles for the next five years of this administration.
It was assembled by the Council of Ministers to create a 'more inclusive government' - the chief minister will present it to Tynwald on November 15.
Initial priorities include solidifying a sea services agreement, plans for economic growth, and sustainable healthcare.
CoMin will deliver the completed version when Tynwald sits again in January - Chris Thomas says there's no time like the present to pin down policy.
The proposals are now publicly available online at gov.im.
