Tynwald scrutiny committee questions Nick Black and minister
The top civil servant in the Department of Infrastructure has denied the Douglas promenade works are in breach of equality laws.
Nick Black was giving evidence to a Tynwald scrutiny committee, alongside DoI minister Tim Baker.
Under questioning from the panel, Mr Black said the plans were careful to accommodate the additional needs of some Island citizens:
