
The Chief Minister is promising to make sure recommendations from a major review of the Island's health service are put in place.
Allan Bell made the pledge in Tynwald this morning.
An independent review of the NHS is due to begin next month.
It's in the hands of the West Midlands Quality Review Service, called in amid concerns about patient safety and procedures at Noble's Hospital.
During the summer, Mr Bell met a wide range of staff groups at the hospital - and afterwards conceded there are serious problems to solve.
He was asked to confirm all recommendations from the latest review are enforced - as some made by the Healthcare Commission seven years ago, were not:
