Government releases Manx housing market review
Property prices have risen across the board in the Isle of Man in 2019.
The numbers have been released in government's Manx housing market review.
The report has been compiled by the Cabinet Office's economic affairs division.
Some of the headline figures from this report - and in short it's all gone up:
The average house price on the Island has risen to more than £290,000 (£292,043) - an increase of 4.5 per cent.
That's while the average flat price was nearly £265,000 (£264,950).
