Audience members will be able to debate in a 'question time' style format
The Positive Action Group is set to hold a public debate focused on the question: ‘Is the Isle of Man economy working for you?’.
Four local industry leaders will form a panel, each making a brief presentation on their area of economic interest, followed by a 'question time' style discussion.
Expected panellists include former government economist John Webster, Regency Hotel Director Tim Baggaley, MNFU General Secretary Sarah Comish, and Vice-Chair of the Licensed Victuallers Association Carl Joughin.
The think-tank aims to encourage ‘long-term improvement’ in the Island’s governance for the benefit of all its citizens.
The meeting will take place on 30 September at 7.30pm at the Legion Hall on Market Street, Douglas.
