Manx residents urged to stay hydrated and wash hands
Public Health Isle of Man is urging Manx residents to keep hydrated and practice regular handwashing following reports of diarrhoea and vomiting circulating in the Island.
The organisation says the symptoms are often caused by a stomach bug, and should stop within a few days.
In order to protect yourself from illness, Public Health advises drinking plenty of water and washing hands thoroughly with soap and water.
If you do have symptoms, you're advised to stay at home until 48 hours after symptoms stop.
