Chief Minister and chair of the MU due to attend
Arbory and Rushen Commissioners will host a public meeting to discuss the ongoing assessment of Earystane and Scard as a potential location for a wind farm.
It's being held at Rushen Primary School on Church Road on Wednesday, 29 November and will start at 7pm.
Chief Minister Alfred Cannan will be there along with the Chair of Manx Utilities.
Consultants Wardell Armstrong will also be there and the meeting will include a question-and-answer session.
The commissioners said: 'This is an opportunity to hear first-hand the reasons behind the decision to select Earystane and Scard as the preferred location for an environmental impact assessment which could lead to the development of a windfarm at that location."
