More warm and dry weather is forecast
Isle of Man residents are being urged to 'be really careful' when enjoying the countryside.
The message comes from Fire Safety Officer Mark Connor and an Uplands Manager at the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture Shaun Gelling.
They're warning that with the extended dry spell, wildfires are possible over the next week.
Residents looking to barbecue over the weekend are advised to do so at home.
