The refurbished Villa Marina Arcade, with its many new facilities and restaurant, will open it doors to the public next month.
The facility, with its white, Art Deco styling, arts performance space and Wurlitzer organ, will come into use at Easter.
And, as manager of the Villa and Gaiety complex Margaret Jones explained to John Moss, a new entrance has been provided from the arcade into the theatre:
