Ministers travel to Manchester
The Chief Minister is hoping for better weather as he travels to the UK Conservative party conference.
A Manx delegation comprising Howard Quayle and colleagues Ray Harmer and Alf Cannan is attending the summit in Manchester, which begins today.
Fog at Ronaldsway prevented ministers from making it to the Labour party conference in Brighton last week.
Mr Quayle is expected to meet with ministers, cabinet members and business leaders to discuss challenges including Brexit, trade and tax.
He says attendance is important:
Lessons learned after snow day confusion
More than 100 firearms surrendered
Planning application to extend TT hospitality tent for new Food and Drink Festival submitted
'No tangible positives' achieved by public sector integrity line, says trade union
