Commissioners react after plans fall through
The decision by a not-for-profit group to withdraw from running Ramsey Courthouse has been described as a 'blow' for the town.
The Heart of Ramsey (THOR) organisation cited funding problems as the reason for relinquishing its period of exclusivity on the building.
An initial target of £400,000 had been set by THOR in plans to enhance the iconic property in the centre of Ramsey.
