
A major refurbishment of 18 homes in Ramsey could be on the cards.
The town’s commissioners are proposing work be carried out on properties built in the 1950s in Brookhill Road and Seamount Road.
The scheme would include re-roofing and replacement kitchens and bathrooms.
The local authority is inviting expressions of interest from contractors, to be submitted by October the ninth, and will be issuing tender documents in November.
It’s hoped work could begin next February.
