22-year-old appears in court
A Ramsey man who’s been accused of causing serious bodily harm to another road user by driving dangerously has appeared in court.
Cormac Joseph Smith, of Beaumont Road, allegedly committed the offence on Lezayre Road on 28 September whilst driving a VW Golf.
The 22-year-old has also been accused of driving without due care and attention, in a Ford Fiesta, on the Mountain Road on 21 April.
The case was adjourned whilst medical records are sought from Aintree Hospital.
Committal to the Court of General Gaol Delivery will take place on 24 January; bail continues.
