
Police have released the name of the man whose body was found on a yacht in Ramsey in the early hours of yesterday morning.
He was 35-year-old Peter Liam Creer, from Waterloo Road, Ramsey.
Detective Sergeant Allan Thompson says, "Mr. Creer’s family have now been informed. A post mortem examination took place yesterday afternoon.
"There was nothing initially to suggest what was the cause of Mr. Creer’s death. Police are now awaiting the full report from the pathologist and enquires are continuing."
Police are appealing for anyone who knew the whereabouts of Mr Creer on Wednesday, July 29th, to contact Ramsey Police Station on 812234.
