Follows rejection of the latest pay offer
Royal College of Nursing members employed by Manx Care are to be balloted over whether they would be prepared to breach their employment contracts and take strike action.
The move follows rejection of the most recent pay offer from Manx Care.
The ballot to test support for strike action will be held between the 1st and 21st of June, and be conducted by independent scrutineers, Civica.
