Federation asking salons to insist on patch testing
Hairdressers and beauty salons have been issued with a new warning after a spate of severe allergic reactions to some hair dyes among people who've had Covid.
The National Hair and Beauty Federation is urging the industry to insist on patch testing for permanent dyes - 48 hours before application.
