Consultation out to close route for active travel only
The infrastructure minister says repairing Marine Drive to reopen it as a through-road would be 'a hard business case to make'.
It comes as a consultation asks for feedback on plans to close the road off to motor vehicles - giving sole access to cyclists and pedestrians.
