It will take two weeks to transfer residents from Reayrt Ny Baie
Residents are due to start moving into the new Summerhill View care home later this month.
Manx Care has confirmed a two-week transfer of residents from Reayrt Ny Baie will get underway on 25 November, with all residents due to be in the new facility by 6 December.
The 60-bed home cost £14.9m to construct, and will be operated by LV Care Group.
The Reayrt Ny Baie site will be decommissioned and handed over to the Department of Infrastructure and Department of Health and Social Care for future use.
