Flags at half-mast in memory of Andy
Flags at police stations around the Island are being flown at half-mast today in honour of a sergeant who died earlier this week.
45 year old Sergeant Andy Pailor died after a short illness at Nobles Hospital on Monday.
His 17 year career in the Manx Constabulary saw him become the Force Incident Manager in the Emergency Services Joint Control Room.
In a statement today, the constabulary said he was well-known to many as a friend and colleague and was also a loving husband and father.
