DoI hopes final surfacing work will resume later this week
Two resurfacing projects are currently delayed due to a fault affecting the supply of asphalt.
The Department of Infrastructure says the ongoing works on New Castletown Road at Santon and Ballakilpheric Road in Arbory have been impacted by a mechanical breakdown in the asphalt supply chain.
Work is continuing at both sites, with motorists being asked to continue to respect temporary speed limits.
It's hoped the supply of suitable material for the final surfacing work will resume later this week.
