The Royal Navy is visiting the Isle of Man for the next few days.
HMS Walney, a 500 tonne, Sandown class minehunter, berthed alongside Victoria Pier in Douglas this morning.
It's a five day visit and the vessel will be joined on Monday by a smaller ship, HMS Charger.
A multi-media presentation giving information about the Navy will take place at the Mount Murray Hotel.
Lieutenant Commander Tim Green is looking forward to spending time here, and welcoming several groups of school children onboard his ship:
