New Manx Language Development Officer at Culture Vannin
A new Manx Language Development Officer has been appointed at Culture Vannin.
Ruth Keggin Gell is taking on the role, which focusses on promoting the Manx language in the community.
In Manx, Yn Greinneyder translates roughly as 'the encourager', or 'motivator'.
Ruth will also work to 'develop and lead adult language courses, classes, conversation groups and projects'.
