
Samaritans Isle of Man is recruiting new listeners.
The charity is holding an open evening on Tuesday at St Andrew's Church in Douglas.
Members of the public are invited to speak to existing volunteers about the training programme and what the role involves.
According to the charity there will be no obligation for people to sign-up.
It gets underway at 7.30pm.
