Bill to start progress this month
Same sex marriages could be legal on the Island before the summer.
That's the belief of Chief Minister Allan Bell.
Mr Bell says the bill should start it's passage through the Keys at the end of the month.
However, he believes the equality bill may not progress as rapidly.
