A Manx holidaymaker says she’s glad to be back home after a 40 minute ordeal on a flight back from Ibiza.
Just minutes into the flight, an engine on board Teri Saunders’ plane caught fire but instead of turning around, the pilot made a landing at Majorca.
Once back on solid ground, Teri from Peel faced another challenge as she had to catch another two flights to get back to the Isle of Man.
She says only once she was off the plane did she realise how serious the emergency had been.
