
It's time to brush the barnacles off your baths and saddle up your snakes, the 39th World Tin Bath Championships take place in Castletown this afternoon (Saturday).
The action gets underway at 3pm in the town’s middle harbour.
The event, run by the Castletown Ale Drinkers' Society, has attracted more than 70 competitors.
Lee Cain will be looking to defend his men’s title with 12-times winner Erika Cowen a favourite in the women's race.
There’s also the Manx National Snake Race, attempts at man-powered flying and slapstick stunts on the catwalk.
