Dr Rachel Glover has given evidence to the PAC
The scientist who set up Covid-19 testing on the Isle of Man says she believes other people took credit for her work.
Dr Rachel Glover, who is the chief scientific officer for Taxa Genomics Limited, gave evidence to the Public Accounts Committee today.

She was also questioned on her belief that senior staff were advising the Council of Ministers on things that were outside of the scope of their qualifications and experience.
