A second candidate for this year's House of Keys election has come forward.
Keiran Hannifin has declared his intention to stand as an independent for Middle.
The thirty-one-year-old describes himself as 'a normal bloke, who won't be bought' and aims to promote 'innovative and progressive' policies.
