Keiran Hannifin declares intention to stand for Middle
A second candidate for this year's House of Keys election has come forward.
Keiran Hannifin has declared his intention to stand as an independent for Middle.
The thirty-one-year-old describes himself as 'a normal bloke, who won't be bought' and aims to promote 'innovative and progressive' policies.
Manx Labour Party candidate Sarah Maltby was the first to announce her plans to put her name on the ballot sheet, for the Douglas South constituency.
All 24 seats in the House of Keys will be contested this year.
