'It's not rocket science' say police
Police say they’ve stopped a second motorist trying to drive the wrong way along the Mountain Road.
It’s the second time in two days officers have found someone attempting to contravene the one-way system.
Signage, and a barrier, is in place near to the Creg Ny Baa to stop people driving onto the route which was made one-way on Friday.
In a post on social media police say the offender has been ‘dealt with’ adding ‘it’s not rocket science’.
We think this signage is pretty clear, the Isle of Man Department of Infrastructure even made the no entry signs extra BIG! For the second day running someone has attempted to contravene the one way system. The offender has been dealt with. #MissMe #IomTT2022 #itsnotrocketscience pic.twitter.com/KtIyOvDv0B
