
Prisoner re-offending rates revealed by the Home Affairs Minister in Tynwald have been branded 'horrific' by an MHK.
In response to a written question, Rushen's Quintin Gill was told that of the 84 prisoners in custody on October 1st, 25% had been in custody five times or more.
Nine had been in more than three times, 17 more than once and 14 had been in once before.
