Application seeking planning permission
There are plans to demolish the old Empire Garage in Peel and replace it with houses.
A planning application's been submitted for seven properties - four on the front and three behind on Stanley Road.
Parking for the properties would also be added along Gibb Lane.
The plans are currently pending consideration by the Planning Committee.
