A vessel went down the slipway in Ramsey today, marking a significant step forward for the rejuvenated shipyard.
'The Whistling' is a converted Norwegian naval boat, in private ownership.
Now she is in the water, work will still be need to kit her out, as Managing Director at the Shipyard, Chris Baker, explains:
