​Offending rates on the Isle of Man could spike as people feel the impact of the cost-of-living crisis.

Magistrates have shared their concerns with member of Tynwald who quizzed them on whether they expect to see a rise in the number of people appearing in court.

Tynwald will hold an extraordinary sitting of the court on Thursday to discuss further support for local residents.
