The Minister for Infrastructure says the waiting time for driving tests on the Isle of Man could be as little as a third of the wait in the UK.
Ray Harmer gave the figures in response to a question from Bill Shimmins MHK in the House of Keys this morning.
Mr Harmer implied the situation is far better for learner drivers here than across.
