Signs attached to Ramsey courthouse sculpture

Disgruntled residents make frustration clear

Disgruntled Ramsey residents have attached signs to stone figures outside the town's courthouse building.

Two A4 placards have been placed on the chess scultpure displaying messages referencing the proposed sale of the site.

Home Affairs Minister Bill Malarkey recently confirmed the property had been placed on the open market valued at £475,000.

The decision has caused a stir amongst local residents with many expected to attend a requisition meeting on the subject on Friday (March 17).
